Velo Teifi Cycling Club is open to anyone with an interest in cycling, be that mountain biking, road racing, time trialling, cyclosportives, family rides, social rides, ladies-only rides, beer rides(!) or even unicycling! (yes, we have one of those...).  The Club's emphasis is on enjoying bike riding; although we are not elitist wanna-be pros (but it doesn't stop us dreaming), we do enjoy competition as much as the next club.

We have a varied demographic which is reflected in the activities we undertake, organise or support.  For example, we organise the Preseli Angel cyclosportive based in Newport, Pembs the first weekend in May and we also organise the country's best criterium event around the streets of Cardigan in August, now recognised as a Welsh Championship event.

Organised club runs take place on a fortnightly basis, from either Cardigan or Newcastle Emlyn or somewhere in between, while there are other groups within the club who regularly arrange training rides, MTB trips and other activities. 

Velo Teifi Cyling Club draws the majority of its current membership from the Cardigan/Newcastle Emlyn area of West Wales, but we are keen to involve anyone and everyone.  So if you're reading this in some exotic part of the world (not that West Wales isn't exotic you understand) then do get in touch; we'd love to increase our membership to beyond the UK's shores.
