The 2023 results are here...

2023 post-event message from Velo Teifi:

Our sincere thanks to all those lovely people that turned up to support our little event this year - your good humour, apparent appreciation and kind words on the day make the long hours of planning, route marking, cake making, Tesco-shopping, sandwich-spreading, tea-brewing, Broom Wagon lurking, finish-line loitering, route clearing and number-crunching all worthwhile.

In these days of data, power, numbers, mapping and general digital wotnot, I'm never quite sure if our 'traditional' approach to Sportives will be well-received or provoke ridicule!

We hope to see you in 2024.

The Preseli Angel

The doyenne of West Wales sportives, re-launched in 2023 to much acclaim (well, Clive, Nia & Steve liked it).

Retaining its established spot on the early spring Bank Holiday weekend, the Preseli Angel will, once again, set the standards for route planning, rider welfare and general good-eggness when it comes to putting on events for cyclists.  Oh, and value for money - never forget VFM!

Set in beautiful North Pembrokeshire, the Preseli Angel offers varied terrain and spectacular coastal and mountain scenery.  Three challenging routes deliver fantastic and eminently do-able courses that will suit early season fitness levels.   And there will be cake.

Keep watching this space for updates...
