A Sunny Ride to Pont Steffen

Last Sundays club ride took us to Lampeter for coffee. It was so nice we rushed to the high ground of talgarreg to beast ourselves before heading back to Newcastle Emlyn feeling all faint and tired. We did manage a few KOMs on the way mind.
